Aún con la poca duración, me gustaron bastante las dos canciones, The Perfect Boy suena increíble en estudio, y Without You tiene unas vocales muy buenas y un ritmo pegajoso.

Como lo dije antes, y antes de escuchar las canciones completas, The Perfect Boy será casi con certeza el mejor de los 4 sencillos y Without You es un b-side de gran calidad otra vez.

Estas sí son verdaderas buenas noticias.




Este nuevo arte me recuerda un poco al del sencillo "Friday I´m in Love".

Ahora tenemos una paleta o un globo en forma de corazón color negro con un hoyo en medio, que complementa perfecto al título de la canción, la letra conocida y la canción son del clásico tipo balada romántica-melancólica de The Cure.

Del arte de los 4 sencillos creo que este es el que me gusta menos, creo que la canción es superior a su portada.

No estoy sugiriendo que no me guste, al contrario, los 4 son grandes diseños y me gustan mucho, es sólo que el arte de los 3 sencillos anteriores me parece un poco mejor.

Se nota que Porl y Undy están de regreso, haciendo un trabajo sobresaliente, como siempre.

Probablemente estemos viendo un concepto visual del nivel de los mejores de The Cure.

Hablando del sencillo, cada vez que escucho la versión en vivo me gusta más, gran canción, bien producida, gran letra, sonido y voz.

Creo que Cure volvió a lo básico para hacer esta canción... y el resultado es muy satisfactorio.

La versión definitiva de estudio deberá de ser magnífica, tomando en cuenta lo bien que suena en vivo.

Este sencillo esta llamado a ser el mejor del nuevo disco.

El lado b es "Without You", que juzgando por el título, parece ser del mismo corte que su sencillo.

En 22 días lo sabremos.

Mientras tanto, aquí les dejo la letra no oficial y tres buenas versiones en vivo, su estreno mundial el 9 de Mayo pasado en Fairfax, 15 y 20 de Mayo 2008 en Atlanta y Nueva York respectivamente.
